We ordered flowers from Allen’s Flowers & Gifts and the individual we spoke to was extremely unprofessional. When you contact this company ALLEN’s FLOWERS & GIFTS to inquire about flowers, they are interested in your business therefore kind at the time. Once you are disatisfied with the products purchased, they do not care about the customer. They want your business, (money) but do not care about the service they provide. They are a family owned business therefore everyone gets away with everything. The flowers we ordered were not delivered on time as promised, flowers looked old and dieing, and overpriced. The service was so poor when attempting to speak to someone about this issue. I do not recommend this company. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I could not speak to the manager. I spoke to an indivdual who claimed to be the manager for the back wholesale part of the store. This indivdual was mean and extremely unprofessional. You will regret to purchase from this- family owned store. BBB will contact them shortly since they were not willing to assist.
