This act IS/WAS NOT “…similar as the events on Florida…” as Mr Geraldo Rivera suggested – NO WAY.____

As far as we all know – unless definitions are diferent now and/or history can be told different as well – the extremist religious jihad comes from the islamic religious spectrum…AND NOT FROM ANY OTHER RELIGIOUS GROUP…is it true or not?___

In others words (at least I do not find account for that ),…nor BUDIST, or KRISHNA follower,…nor TIBETANS LAMAS followers,….nor SHAHOLIN GROUPS ….NONE OF THESE GROUPS kill becasue others do not beleive as they do….do they?____

Is ONLY AND ONLY in the ISLAMIC TECHINGS where we can find that “…KILLING INFIDELS IS CORRECT AND NOT A SIN…”…correct on this one?____

If by any chance anyone – ANYONE AT ALL – has some illuminating information to share and give some light into all this, please do so…I am waiting.___

One more thing…how many individuals were killed by this guy?…13? and how many others were injured…OVER 31? – not by friendly fire…remember there is a report that all the bulllet injuries are to be acreditated to this shooter – HASAN – and NOT TO FRIENDLY FIRE.____

So with only TWO HANDGUNS he did inflicted all that damage?…for real?….Even with a GLOCK or a modified PPK, the number of rounds comes short for the amount of injuries…unless;-___

1. He is very versatil and well trained to do re-loaded very,very quickly…or…___

2.Other(s) one(s) beside him was/were doing some shooting as well,… and (the helpers) stop when he went down.___

I would go for the second one.___

To me boys and girls, the assault was done by more than one person and , of course, the authorities have to keep a low profile on this to prevent a leak tha could jeopardize the ongoing investigation.To me there is much more in the picture.___

What is more, taking all the event as a whole is not so far fetch to assume that this IS /WAS probe terrorist jihadist attack,….a ‘testing waters’ of how effective the counter terrorism measures in military facilities,…something to gather info for a future VERY EFFECTIVE STRIKE to specialized military instalation here in USA grounds.___

Now the logical mandate is to pull out of this individual – BY ANY MMEANS NESCESSARY – all possible info that could be in his knowledge. And on this; ‘water boarding’…or any other practices (no matter how harsh could be) is NOTHING compare to his deed.____

One more thing , before ‘defenders’ for this kind of pathetic excuse for human being, start with technicalities and semantics consieder that is totally WRONG to think he has rights – OF ANY TYPE! HE HAS NO RIGHTS – STOP THAT NONSENSE FOR CRY-OUT -LOUD! WHEN YOU PEOPLE ARE GOING TO LEARN!?____

This blasted assasin (HASAN) IGNORED,…TOOK,…VIOLATED THE RIGHTS OF MANY INDIVIDUALS,…AND KILLTHEM! and so HE LOST ALL HIS RIGHTS.____

With this said, any lawyer – ANY LAWYER AT ALL – who would try to look for a defense,…excuse,… explanation….to let this scum walk free ,…that lawyrer(s) should and must face the same punishment-fate as Hasan.____

And why?,….simple, that so called ‘defender’ is solidarizing with that criminal and so THE LAWYER(S) is/are,… ACCESORY TO THE FELONY…CRIME…ASSASSINATION…MURDER____

There, you have it,…. with the same legal semantics and nomencalture/terminology.____
